世界No.1　IPAといっても過言ではない。ホップヘッドにはたまらない、ホップニュークリア爆弾

外観は、オレンジがかったアンバー。少々濁りがある。泡が長い時間維持される。濁りのあるアンバー白い泡のヘッドとのコントラストが美しい

香りは、グレープフルーツトロピカルなパッションフルーツの後に強烈なアタック感がある干し草のニュアンス。アロマホップ、ドライホップの使用量が凄いことになっているんだろうなと。。。

飲んでみると、“Soul Style IPA”より、モルティだが、ホップのビタネスにより、第１印象は、まずは苦い～！という感じ。その後、柑橘系を感じると思ったら、やっぱりビタネス。凄～い苦い。IBUは95と高い値を示してます。

ラベルに使用ホップが書いてあり、シムコー、コロンバス、カスケード、センテニアル、シトラ。う～ん、こいつも、アメリカン！

王冠の裏に“Share With Friends”と記載されているのが面白い。確かに、友人と、「何で、こんなに苦いんだ」などと感想を言いながら飲むと凄く楽しいかも。

ちなみに、イオンリカーで購入。６０２円也。

It’s not too much to say that this beer is No. 1 IPA. This beer has a strong appeal to a hop head and thus this is the real hop nuclear bomb.

Appearance: it is amber being orange-laid. It has little cloud. Head is continuously maintained for long time. Contrast between cloudy amber and white bubble of head.

Aroma: it has grapefruit and tropical passion fruit aroma and then I catch nuance of dried grass having a strong attack feeling. I think that used amount of hop for aroma hop and dry hop would be huge.

Drinking: this beer is more molty than “Soul Style IPA” but first impression is bitter due to bitterness of hop! Then, I catch cirrus flavor and then in a bit, of course,, bitterness. Very bitter! IBU indicates high level, 95.

The label indicates the used hop names. The used hops are simcoe, columbus, cacade, centennial and citra. They are also American!

I am interested in describing“Share With Friends” in the back of the bottle crown cap. Surely, it would be fun that I drink it and call “absolutely bitter” as impression with friends.
