いわずと知れた世界で一番有名なピルスナー

このビールによって、ビールが大好きな飲み物になってしまった。まだ、その頃（２００４年）は、IPAを知ってはいたが、美味しいとは思ってなかったなぁ。今じゃ、ホップヘッドですが。。。

色は、本当にきれいなゴールデン、少し銅っぽさもある。この淡い色の泡がグラス内でプツプツと弾けるのを見ると、チェコに行きたいなぁと思ってしまう。このゴールデンは、何か健康的に美味しそうと思わせてくれる。

香りは、花束のブーケを思わせるニュアンスで鮮やかな香りです。この後に、ブーケのニュアンスの後に、鉄っぽいニュアンスを感じます。

飲むと、まずはモルト感がしっかりあって、その後にビタネスが来る。日本の大手ビール会社のもので飲みなれているものよりモルト感が強調されている。アフターは、ビタネスの後にブーケを思わせる美しいアロマが続く。美味しいです。

夏に、カフェやレストランの外の席や、アウトドアで友人と下世話な話題で盛り上がると一段と美味しそうな気がする。近いうちにバーベキューでもやろうかなぁ。

Needless to say, the most famous pilsner in the world.

By this beer, my most favorite drink become beer. I was not hop-head in 2004, even though I knew “IPA” style. Now, I am hop-head.

Appearance: color is really beautiful golden and there is a little copper. This light color bubble reminds me of visiting Czech Republic again. This golden is seemed to be healthy and great shakes.

Aroma: fresh aroma includes feeling flower bouquet. Then, I also feel nuance of iron.

Drinking: feeling adequate molty and then bitterness. It has more emphatic molty taste than beer, which I usually drink and is made by Japanese major brewing company. In aftertaste, continuously feeling bitterness and then aroma of bouquet. Delicious.

In summer time, I think that it is better taste which I enjoy and act funny with friends in outside seats of a cafe or a restaurant, outdoor and etc. Anytime soon, I would have barbecue sometime soon.
