夏向けホップヘッド向けビールの新定番？！
色は、きれいなゴールデン、少しオレンジ感がある。ゴールデンの色が本当に美しい。そんなカテゴリがあるか知らないけど、セッションゴールデンエールという名前でも良いと思う。
香りは、最初に華やかだなという印象。グレープフルーツの香りが第１印象で、その奥にバニラのニュアンスを感じる。
飲んでみると、味は、ドライで、ホップのビタネスをしっかり感じる。ホップは、ビールの名前の通り、今や入手困難なホップとして有名なモザイクホップのシングル。香りについては、グレープフルーツやトロピカルフルーツ的な柑橘を第１印象にして、ドライのボディを感じさせ、その後にビタネスがガツンと来る。そして、最後に、アフターが長い柑橘の余韻が口、鼻、喉で長～く楽しめる。本当に美味しい
アルコール度数が5.5%と通常のビール程なので、ドリンカビリティに優れてるといえるかも。夏の暑い日に体をクールダウンさせながら飲むのに最適。
ドリンカビリティに優れているので、ホップヘッドならず、IPAダメな人でも、夏のビーチで飲んでもよいかも。
ブルワリのHPによると（https://www.karlstrauss.com/about-us/press/karl-strauss-brewing-companys-mosaic-session-ale-is-back-and-available-year-round/）、２０１３年に小バッチプログラムで実験醸造された後、２０１５年に”Los Angeles International Commercial Beer Competition” 金賞を受賞したそうです。人気が高く安定供給ができていなかったようだが、２０１５年5月から通年商品となったそうです。シーズンものではなく、通年で楽しめるとは、凄くいいッス。

A perennial choice beer for ho-head in summer time?!
Color is beautiful golden including little orange feel. Golden color is really beautiful. Even though I do not know there is such beer category, this beer name would be session golden ale.
Aroma is firstly bright impression. I feel the first impression “grapefruit” and then vanilla nuance.
Drinking: taste is dry body and stable bitterness of hop is felt. Beer name is named after the used Single hop “mosaic”. Now, it is very difficult to get the hop. I catch aroma of citrus such as grapefruit and tropical fruits as the first impression, feel dry body and then strong bitterness is come. And, finally in long aftertaste I enjoy resonance such as citrus remains at mouth, nose and throat. Really, delicious beer!
Alc. 5.5%, the alcohol content of this beer is the same as normal one. Therefore, It would have good drinkability. In summer time, this is suitable for drinking it in order to cool a body.
This has good drinkability and thus it is goof in summer beach even if you are not hop-head and do not like IPA.
In accordance with home page of brewery, this beer was experimentally brewed in the small batch program in 2013 and then they got the gold prize “Los Angeles International Commercial Beer Competition” in 2015. Since it has had the great popularity, they could not stably provide it. However, from May 2015, it have been regular beer. It is not seasonable beer and thus we can enjoy it always. Great!
